Please note:

  • If you have cold or flu symptoms, you must have a negative covid RAT test result to attend the practice.

  • Telehealth Appointments are only available for patients who have attended the practice within the last 12 months

  • There is a practice fee on Saturdays for all patients, $80 for a standard consultation or telehealth and $120 for a long consultation.

  • Due to the rising cost of living, Asquith Medical Centre has decided to transition to a private practice in 2025 for NEW PATIENTS

    • Commencing January our consultation fees for NEW PATIENTS will apply for every visit - $80 for a standard consultation or telehealth and $120 for a long consultation.

    • If you are a health card holder, are under the age of 16, or over the age of 67 with a pension card, this fee will only apply for your first visit.
